Delivery Charges

We can ship our products to anywhere in the world. If you require a quotation please click here.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept BACS and Wired Transfer. We do not accept Cheque Payments.

How long will delivery take?

Your delivery is based on a several factors; manufacturing time, quantity of total units and picking and packing. You will be provided with an ETA when you request a quotation.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Short answer, Yes and Yes. Your data is protected with the utmost respect for your privacy. We will never share your data with anybody. We currently do not provide an e-commerce outlet or store your data online. Our internal data storage is secured and isolated from public connections.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you have authorized your order and accepted our payment terms we will begin to

  1. Manufacture your products if we do not currently have any in our inventory or remove the products from our current inventory.
  2. Pick and pack your order
  3. Ship your order
  4. Send you confirmation that your order has been shipped with tracking details.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive an invoice from us when we have confirmed your order. When you receive your invoice is dependant on the payment terms agreed upon when placing your order.
